Workshop on PCB Design using Proteus Jointly Organized by WIE Affinity Group, IEEE Bangladesh Sectio

On June 23th, 2016, WIE Affinity Group, IEEE Bangladesh Section and IEEE NSU Student Branch, WIE Affinity Group jointly organized a workshop on PCB design: Drawing and Simulating Circuits, Drawing PCB Design. The program was conducted by Baishakhi Rani Biswas, Lecturer, Green University of Bangladesh and Ratul Das, Research Engineer, Energypac Engineering Ltd.

A total of 28 participants were attended the workshop. Among them, 16 were IEEE members and 12 were Non-IEEE members. The duration of the workshop was about two and a half hour. At first the participants were taught how to draw and simulate circuits using Proteus and then they learned how to draw a PCB design using it. Both the Instructors and the participants enjoyed the full workshop.

Nabil Shovon Ashraf, Associate Professor of NSU handed the crest to the instructors as a token of appreciation. All the participants received certificates for their successful participations. At the end Kimia Tuz Zaman, Chair IEEE WIE Affinity Group NSU Student Branch, thanked everyone for their cooperation and enthusiasm. The PCB workshop in NSU turned out to be a huge success.
