5th Workshop on PCB Design using Proteus

The second workshop on PCB layout design was organized by IEEE AUST Student Branch and WIE Affinity Group, IEEE Bangladesh Section at Department of EEE, AUST on August 02, 2015.

M. A. Awal and Parvez Ahmmed who have been recognized by NASA for their projects on Robotics,

were the guest instructors and shared their knowledge about how to design and simulate a circuit with “Proteus” software and make a layout for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and showed their very own projects built on PCB. Prof. Dr. Abdur Rahim Mollah, Head of the Dept. of EEE, AUST inaugurated the workshop.

Approximately 60 undergraduate students (25 IEEE members and 35 non IEEE members) from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) attended the workshop and enthusiastically learnt how to use the software to implement amazing projects on PCB.

At the end of the workshop, each participant received a certificate of participation from Masoodur Rahman Khan, counselor, IEEE AUST Student Branch.
