Campaign on Breast Cancer Awareness

Most of the girls in Bangladesh are unaware of the fact that Breast Cancer is one of the major deadly diseases among women. To promote awareness among the girls, WIE arranged a program on Breast Cancer Awareness. Samantha Lubaba Noor, Lecturer,BRAC University conducted the program. Female students of BUET joined the program. The speaker explained the reasons behind this disease and how to avoid the risk factors. She also explained the symptoms and necessary actions to be taken if any kind of symptom is found. She encouraged the students to share this knowledge with their friends and family members so that a greater mass can be made aware of Breast Cancer through this program.
