IEEE Bangladesh Section (IEEE BDS) and IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group IEEE Bangladesh Section (WIE AG BDS) along with IEEE ISTT Student Branch and its WIE Affinity Group jointly organized a seminar on 2nd October 2019 titled “ Application of Biomedical Signal Processing. The guest speaker of the event was Tanima Tasmin Chowdhury, Lecturer at University of Asia Pacific (UAP) and the current Conference Coordinator of WIE AG, IEEE BDS.

Jannatul Ferdous Shrabony and Sumaiya Chowdhury, Advisor and Chair of IEEE ISTT SB WIE Affinity Group respectively, delivered the welcome speech. This was followed by a 30 minutes talks by the main speaker. Concluding remarks were provided by Shoma Khanom Oruna, Head, Dept. of ECE, ISTT. The event ended with a group photo. Almost 30 students attended the event.
